| Thursday Aug. 26, 2010 | There are NOT enough parking spots for every unit to have a spot in the parking lot at Victorian Gate. Many times there will not be a place for you to park your vehicle. No one is guaranteed a parking spot unless you own a garage! If you make your own parking spot or park in an area that is not a legal parking spot (between the lines) your car will be towed when Shamrock Towing patrols the lot. Additionally, your towing costs will NOT be reimbursed for any reason if you were parked in a non designated parking area. Please understand that the Board is doing everything in their power to ensure the parking situation is manageable, but Victorian Gate has had difficulty with its parking situation since it was build in the 1990's. At this time there is nothing that can be done to add more parking. As for the Park Street meters, the new time will be from 6 PM to 10 AM beginning December 1, 2006. |
